I'm not educated enough to appreciate the chemistry here, but keep at it! I love seeing amateur drug discovery and exploration. (Who knows, you may be a professional chemist?)
Either way, I like to think that as the diffusion of knowledge via the Internet continues, we'll see more and more of this amateur exploration. Especially since the quality of academic exploration seems to be declining.

Definitely not a professional, though I'd love to work in psychedelic medicine one day!
I agree there is a lot amateurs can do: the space is just overregulated.
